In den 80er Jahren erschienen diese 11 Bände von Wolfgang Hohlbein im Gespenster-Krimi. 2003 kam die Serie neu bei Bastei raus, wobei die 11 Gespenster-Krimis übernommen wurden. Den neuen Abschluß-Band Nr. 12 schrieb dort aber nicht mehr Wolfgang Hohlbein, sondern Frank Rehfeld.

Bei den Raven-Romanen 8 und 10 war Karl-Ulrich Burgdorf Co-Autor, die Romane 9 und 11 sind komplett von Burgdorf; der 12. Roman von Rehfeld heißt "Die Schatten-Chronik".
Die Raven-Romane 1-11 wurden auch in der Reihe Dämonen-Land wiederveröffentlicht (DL-Nr. 85/95/121/128/135/142/149/156/163/170/176).

Von August 1974 bis Oktober 1982 erschienen insgesamt 67 Tony Ballard Romane im Gespenster-Krimi. Hierbei benutzte Fritz Tenkrat verschiedene Pseudonyme wie zB. A.F. Mortimer, Dean Morris, Frederic Collins und A.F. Morland.
Um eine chronologische Handlungsabfolge zu haben, sollte man Nr. 5 vor Nr. 4 lesen, da hier ein Fehler in der Erscheinungsfolge vorliegt.

Bei den Ballard-Romanen gab es noch einen weiteren chronologischen Vertauscher, und zwar sollte man GK 429 vor GK 420 lesen.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Subserien im Gespenster-Krimi gab es bei Damona King zuerst die eigenständige Serie mit 107 Bänden. Anschließend wurden in der GK Reihe nochmals 22 Romane veröffentlicht, sodass es Damona King insgesamt auf 129 Bände brachte. Als Autoren haben hier zB. Wolfgang Hohlbein, Martin Eisele und K. U. Burgdorf mitgewirkt.

Ab Juli 1984 erschienen insgesamt 8 Bände des Hexers bei den Gespenster-Krimis. Wie viele andere Serien auch wurde "Der Hexer" nach Einstellung der Gespenster-Krimis ausgekoppelt. Ab April 1985 wurden bei Bastei anschließend 49 Romane der eigenständigen Serie veröffentlicht.
